KING — TERMS OF USE

By using the App you accept these terms.
1. THE SERVICE
King is a mobile adaptation of the four-player Turkish card game "King". It can be played alone (against bots) or online with other players.
2. ACCOUNT
- A valid e-mail address is required to open an account. You are responsible for the security of your account.
- You may play as a guest; guest progress is kept only on your device and is not transferred when you change devices.
- You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account.
3. IN-GAME VALUES
Diamonds and rubies are for cosmetic (appearance) items only; they provide no gameplay advantage, cannot be redeemed for real money and cannot be transferred between accounts. When in-app purchases are offered, the terms of the relevant store (App Store) also apply.
4. FAIR PLAY
Cheating, interfering with the game client or server, automation, using someone else's account and harassing other players are prohibited. In case of violation an account may be suspended or closed.
5. USERNAME
Your username is visible to other players. Insults, hate speech, impersonation or misleading names are not accepted and may be changed.
6. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Game rules, scoring, cosmetic prices and online features may be updated from time to time. The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
7. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KINGING cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice; those documents form part of these terms.
