Account Deletion

You can delete your account yourself at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting from the app

1.Open the app and sign in to your account.
2.Open Settings from the main menu.
3.Under ACCOUNT, tap Delete account.
4.Read the warning and confirm. The operation cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

If you have lost your device or cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. You must write from the registered address so we can verify your identity.

Data that is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile: username, avatar, rating (MMR) and ranking record
Your progress: achievements, diamond/ruby balance, cosmetics you own
Your friends list, friend requests and party invitations
Your entries in the matchmaking queue

Data that is anonymised

The personal link in match records and connection records is severed (anonymised); the records remain only with a random identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
Results in the match history of players you played with are preserved in a form that cannot be associated with your identity.
