DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (KVKK)

Within the scope of the King application, your personal data is processed by KINGING in its capacity as data controller, within the framework explained below.

• Identity/contact: e-mail address, username, avatar selection.
• Transaction security: encrypted credentials, session tokens, device identifier, app version, platform, connection event records.
• Game data: rating (MMR), match results, achievements, in-game balance and cosmetics, friend list, party invitations.
• Match records: cards played, contracts, round scores and decision times; recorded together with the identities of the players in the match, for the purpose of cheat/error detection and improving game balance.

Creating and managing the membership account; providing the online game service (matchmaking, ranking, progress synchronisation); providing friend features; ensuring the security and stability of the service; detecting cheating and abuse and improving game balance; fulfilling legal obligations.

Article 5/2 (c) of the Law: necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract (the Terms of Use); Article 5/2 (f): the legitimate interest of the data controller (service security and error diagnosis); Article 5/2 (ç): fulfilment of legal obligations.

In order for the service to be provided technically, your personal data is hosted on the servers of our infrastructure provider Supabase; these servers may be located abroad and the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. Your data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, marketing or sales purposes.

Your data is collected electronically by automated means when you register, sign in and use the App.

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
• To request that correction/deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.

You can delete your account directly via Settings → Delete account. You may submit other applications to the address below; applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
